This policy covers this website, the company site for Ebbwater, LLC. It does not cover Ebbwater products. WantNot and any other product operates its own site under its own policy, so check there for anything you do inside a product.

Almost nothing. Except for the PriceWatch page described below, there are no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising tags. Two small local scripts run in your browser on every page: one remembers your light or dark theme preference, and one reveals page sections once as they scroll into view. The contact page adds a third that builds your email from the form fields when you press send. The theme script stores one value, theme, in your browser localStorage and checks your system color scheme preference if you have not chosen a theme. The reveal script observes which sections enter the viewport and adds a class to show them. The contact script reads the form into an email draft your own email app sends. All values stay on your device, none are sent to any server, and none are used for tracking. This site sets no cookies and no form data reaches Ebbwater except through an email you choose to send.

The PriceWatch page compares OpenCode model prices, limits, and public rankings. Its interactive parts, sorting, tabs, and the peak hour clock, run entirely in your browser from numbers baked into the page. One exception: the PriceWatch page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and basic performance timings. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and records no IP addresses. Like the rest of the site it loads fonts from Google Fonts, see below.

Two things involve third parties, and both are ordinary consequences of the site being on the internet rather than choices to gather data about you.

• Hosting. The site is served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web server, it records standard request information such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser user agent string. These are Microsoft operational logs, held under Microsoft terms. Ebbwater does not query them, export them, or connect them to anything else.
• Fonts. The pages load the Archivo and Exo 2 typefaces from Google Fonts, and the PriceWatch tool page additionally loads Manrope. Your browser therefore requests files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which discloses your IP address and user agent to Google. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles, but the request does happen and you should know about it.

If you email the address on the contact page, that message and whatever it contains arrives in a mailbox controlled by Ebbwater. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or shared for anyone else's marketing. No profile of you is built. No data is combined across sources. Third-party services involved in site visits and call bookings are described in this policy.

This site links to Ebbwater product sites and to the Gumroad storefront where Labs kits and courses are sold. Following a link takes you somewhere governed by a different policy, and this one stops applying at that point. Purchases on Gumroad are handled by Gumroad under its own terms.

Call bookings. The consulting and contact pages link to Microsoft Bookings to schedule a scope call. Bookings is not embedded, and no Bookings script loads on this site. If you follow the booking link, Microsoft processes your booking details through Ebbwater's Microsoft 365 service. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for information about Microsoft's privacy practices. Ebbwater receives the contact information and appointment details you submit to arrange and conduct the call. Booking information is stored in Ebbwater's Microsoft 365 environment. Booking does not add you to a mailing list.

Video and article links. Added 17 October 2026. The unlisted TKO concept pages link out to a YouTube watch page and a Fox 8 article page, and one archive clip on each page can play inside the page. No video script, iframe, thumbnail, or other preview request runs before you click: the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you choose to play that clip, and it can be stopped and unloaded again. If you follow a link or load that player, your browser contacts YouTube or Fox 8 directly, which discloses your IP address and user agent to that provider under its own terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. You can clear your theme preference at any time by clearing your browser site data or localStorage, or by toggling the theme. For requests about email correspondence or booking information held by Ebbwater, contact us at the address below. Requests about the hosting logs described above have to go to Microsoft, since Ebbwater does not control them.

This is a company information site and is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
