This website is published by Ebbwater, LLC, an Oregon company. It describes the company, its products, its consulting engagements, and how to reach it. There is no account, no checkout, and no user content on this site. The contact form builds an email on your device and sends nothing by itself.
Nothing on this site is a quote, a guarantee, or a service level. Product behavior is governed by the terms on the product site. Consulting work is governed by the written scope signed for that engagement. If this site and a signed scope disagree, the signed scope controls.
Labs kits and courses are sold through Gumroad. A purchase from Gumroad is handled by Gumroad under its own terms, including payment, refunds, and delivery. Questions about an order first go to the storefront receipt, then to hello@ebbwater.net.
Site copy, pages, and the Ebbwater mark belong to Ebbwater, LLC. You may link to any public page. Do not copy the mark or pass it off as your own. The Exo 2 and Archivo typefaces ship under the SIL Open Font License from Google Fonts.
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Prices, dates, and availability shown here can change. The live tool is the source of truth for model prices and limits, not any static copy of them.
To the extent the law allows, Ebbwater is not liable for damages arising from use of this site. This cap does not limit anything the law does not allow to be limited.
